Delivery Charges
Standard delivery time is 2-3 working days.
Our standard delivery charge is £4.95 + VAT. This is subject to change at any time without prior notice. We currently dispatch orders via DHL, our delivery times are subject to DHL terms & conditions. ‘The Seller’ cannot accept responsibility for any delays once orders are in the care of DHL. Certain geographical areas such as Channel Islands, Highlands and Islands are subject to surcharges however most areas of mainland UK are covered by standard charge, any difference to carriage charges will be notified once an order has been processed by ‘The Seller’. The standard carriage charge excludes any large or heavy items.
Next Working Day Delivery
Our charge for next working day delivery is £6.95 + VAT. As per our standard delivery charges, next working day delivery is subject to DHL T&C’s. We cannot be held responsible for any delays once goods are with courier. For orders that are processed and paid for in full by 2pm between Monday to Thursday we will endeavour to dispatch on the same day and delivery on the next working day.
Next day delivery can only apply to stock items. Any item dispatched directly by a supplier cannot be included for next day delivery. Be aware some areas of the UK cannot receive next day delivery. Any order placed before a public Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery Charges
It is the intention of 'The Seller' to dispatch goods to meet with the timeframe quoted for delivery.
Whilst every effort is made to adhere to these timescales, they are quoted in good faith and ‘The Seller’ cannot be bound to them. ‘The Seller’ cannot be held responsible for any transport delays resulting in a delayed delivery. Some special order items may be dispatched by our Supplier and again, we cannot be held responsible for any delays on goods sent directly by any third party supplier.
Just Essentials is not liable for any delayed, missing or damaged parcels or contents
If a delivery signature has not been obtained where a parcel has been left, at ‘The Buyers’ request, in a designated area. If you should choose to have your order delivered to a designated ‘safe place’ the liability for that shipment transfers to you.
Please note, any delivery address quoted by ‘The Seller’ on an order cannot be changed after order completion unless at the express permission of ‘The Seller’. Any member of our team will attempt to help you if you need to make any changes to your order after it has been completed.

Free Standard Delivery over £50.00
Orders over £50.00 will qualify for free standard delivery. Only valid on orders within mainland UK and excludes some areas such as, but not limited to: Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Offshore Islands and the Channel Islands. Free delivery does not apply to large or heavy items.
